Prof.Mahmoud Elmeligi, Mansoura University’s Vice - president for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, received the shield of the President of A.R.E on behalf of 

Prof.Ashraf Abd Elbasset, the University President as Mansoura University ranked third in the competition of the best university. Prof.Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, honored the Presidents of the three winning universities in the competition which was implemented under the auspices of the President, Abdel Fattah El- Sisi. The winning universities: University of Kafr El sheikh (First Place), University of Assiut (Second Place), and Mansoura University (Third Place) were offered the shield of the President of A.R.E.The Supreme Council of Universities held its monthly meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Latif, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities and the presidents of the universities at the headquarters of the Council in Cairo University. on Saturday 19^th January 2019 .
