A training course entitled “Administrative Leadership Skills” at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels

The unit held a training course on Monday 12/4/2023 entitled “Administrative Leadership Skills”... within the framework of the training plan for the administrative body for the academic year. 2023/2024.
The training was conducted by Dr. Mohamed Fathi Al-Shuwail - Administrative Training Coordinator at the University Center for Professional Development at the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, in the presence of representatives from various administrative departments at the college, according to the training needs of different job grades.
The training course aimed to introduce the trainees to the concept of administrative leadership... the difference between crises and disasters in the work environment... leadership of change and its concept, and a review of the model of administrative change and the driving and beneficial forces for change... At the conclusion of the training course, an applied activity was conducted by dividing the trainees into work teams, and each A working group aims to shed light on a specific problem in the work environment and propose solutions to it through the use of various administrative leadership skills... as well as opening the door to discussion and responding to inquiries... A questionnaire was also designed to evaluate the trainees... and another to evaluate the learning of the trainees within the framework of applying the first two items. The second mechanism is to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
