In continuation of the “Your Health...Amana” initiative in the faculties of Mansoura University, on Sunday, December 22, 2023, at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Under the patronage of A. Dr. Sherif Khater - President of Mansoura University and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs
And leadership A. Dr. Ashraf Shouma - Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura and Prof. Dr. Manal Eid - Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura
And supervision by A. Dr. Hani Ibrahim - Vice Dean of the College of Pharmacy for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Ghada Al-Qunaishi - Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
With the participation of the Department of Internal Medicine, the Department of Ophthalmology, the intern doctors, the Center for Ophthalmology and A. Dr. Muhammad Yaqut - Head of the Department of Internal Medicine and Prof. Dr. Hamza Abdel Hamid - Head of the Department of Ophthalmology and Prof. Dr. Maha Bilal - Head of the Diagnostic Radiology Department & Director of the Mandatory Training Program for Internship Physicians and A. Dr. Walid Abu Samra - Director of the Center for Ophthalmology and Dr. Aya Hashish - Lecturer of Ophthalmology and Surgery
The day included a medical survey for the college’s employees and administrators. It included measuring random blood sugar and blood pressure, measuring visual acuity, color blindness, and detecting internal diseases.
58 administrative cases were examined and 6 cases were referred to the internal medicine clinics at the Internal Medicine Specialized Hospital (3 diabetes cases, 2 heart cases, and one endocrine case), and 6 cases were referred for fundus examination and advanced ophthalmology examination. 11 administrators require medical glasses.
