On Monday 10/21/2024, the third activities of the third introductory week were held for the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty; The College Agency for Community Service Affairs, in cooperation with the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit at the University, held a campaign to raise awareness among the college's members against gender-based violence. The awareness campaign included faculty members, assistant staff, administrative staff, and college students.
Dr. Samah Al-Saeed, Director of the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit at the University, conducted the awareness campaign, where she introduced gender-based violence and the role of Mansoura University in confronting violence and ensuring a safe university community. She explained how to submit any complaint to the unit and how to deal with it in complete confidentiality and in cooperation with the Safe Women Unit at the Faculty of Medicine. She also called on college members to volunteer and participate in the unit's awareness activities.
